The classification of Item Four of Article

Three of the "Rules governing the issue of

Transportation Permits" is as follows:

Article 6 (6)+

1. Education books for military use,

Educational equipment for military use,

viz., wooden rifles, wooden swords, drilling

equipment, military music et cetera.

Quantities covered by Transportation Permits

shall be limited as follows:-

Firearms:

Each permit shall cover not

more than 100.

Ammunition: Each permit shall cover not

more than ten thousand rounds.

Guns and machine guns: Each permit shall

cover not more than six.

Shells:

Each permit shall cover not

more than three hundred.

Equipment, viz., swords, lances et cetera:

Each permit shall cover not

more than two hundred.

Gunpowder and high explosives: Each

permit shall cover two thousand

"market" pounds.

Copper Jetonating caps and fuses: Each

permit shall cover not more than

two thousand caps and two

thousand "market" feet.

8. Zino and copper: Each permit shall cover

not more than five thousand

"market" pounds.
